By accessing or using ClimbPast ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ClimbPast is a SaaS analytics platform that connects to your Google Search Console and Google Analytics accounts to provide AI-powered insights, alerts, and reports. We access your data only with your explicit OAuth authorization and use it solely to provide the Service.
3. Account and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or have authorization from your organization to use the Service. You may not share your account or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
4. Data and Privacy
Your analytics data remains yours. We do not sell, share, or use your data to train AI models. We store and process your data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ClimbPast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
